| 摘 要： | 作为传统的劳动和技术密集型行业，综合维修企业是维修业态中不可或缺的一部分。但这些年，由于房地产行业连年上涨所带来的房租成本，以及企业支付的人员薪资及福利、社保费用的增加，无形中加大了企业的成本。而与成本增加无法匹配的是维修利润的走低。
