施工项目网络计划优化研究综述

网络计划的优化,是在满足既定约束条件下,按某一目标,通过不断改进网络计划寻求满意方案。根据其优化目标,网络计划的优化可分为:工期优化、资源优化和费用优化三类。文章基于网络计划技术,介绍国内外学者在施工项目的工期优化、费用优化、资源优化和综合优化方面的研究成果,并进行比较分析,提出施工项目网络计划优化研究的问题,展望其研究前景。

Summarization of Construction Project Network Planning Optimization

Network planning optimization is to seek satisfying scheme according to a certain objective, which can be done through continual improvement on network plan under some constraints. The optimization of network planning can be divided into time limit optimization, resource optimization and expense optimization in term of its objective. Research findings of network planning optimization at home and abroad, including time limit optimization, resource optimization, expense optimization and comprehensive optimization, is introduced and compared. At last, some important problems and the prospect of the study of network planning optimization are analyzed.
