| 摘 要： | 任何公路施工企业如果长时间的低效运营或亏本运转，所受到的困扰之多是可想而知的。要想能够持续发展就要创造效益，想要创造效益就必须有一套管理办法，在现在竞争激烈的形势下采用灵活的投标策略、加强成本管理降低成本就是可靠的获得效益措施。 |

| Abstract: | If any highway construction business is in the inefficient functioning of operating or loss,the distress suffered by as many as can be imagined.If it is necessary to create sustainable development benefits,it is necessary to create a set of effective managment approach,in the present competitive situation in a flexible bidding strategy to improve cost management to reduce costs is to obtain reliable efficiency measures. |
