| 摘 要： | 72 5LN是瑞典阿维斯塔(AvestaPolarit)公司开发生产的高级尿素级不锈钢,在热氨基甲酸铵中具有优良的耐蚀性能。详细介绍了72 5LN的焊接特点、焊接工艺、材料特性以及腐蚀特性等。在氨饱和器焊接中采用钨极氩弧焊与焊条电弧焊相结合的焊接方法,重视焊前清理和焊接线能量控制,既保证焊接质量又提高生产效率。

| Abstract: | LN was specially des igned fo r urea application in which containing h ot ammonium carbamate solution.Introduce d the characteristic of material perform ance,corrosion resistance and welding te chnique for 725LN.Applied GTAW and SMAW to weld Ammonia Saturator with emphasis on preweld treatment and controlling wel ding heat input,high welding quality and efficiency were reached. |
