| 摘 要： | 江泽民关于“三个代表”的重要思想，为继续推进政治体制改革指明了方向。代表先进生产力的发展要求，需要政治上层建筑的改善给予推动；先进文化及其前进方向包含了政治体制的内容，民主与法治的问题是先进文化的重要组成部分，因此推进政治体制改革反映了发展先进文化的要求；不断推进政治体制改革，发展社会主义民主政治，建设社会主义法治国家，也从根本上反映了人民群众的根本利益，是人民群众改善和提高政治生活的需要。

| Abstract: | The Three Represents Theory proposed by Jiang Zemin provides the direction of our political system reform. To represent advanced productive force, the political superstructure needs improving. Political system is included in culture, and democracy and rule of law constitute important parts of advanced culture, thus the reform of political system represents the development requirement of advanced culture. Promoting political system reform, developing democratic socialist system, and constructing a country ruled by laws represent people's fundamental interests and requirements, which also represents people's needs to improve their political life. |
