| 摘 要： | 淮河淮滨至三河尖河段浅滩多,长度大,严重制约了航运的发展,必须进行整治。而淮河防洪形势严峻,航道整治不能采用传统的筑坝等壅水建筑物。采用疏浚结合混凝土铰链排护滩的治理措施,并对混凝土铰链排的宽度、长度、间距和排体稳定性进行了分析研究。
