| 摘 要： | 随着用电装备电气化程度的不断提高,对军用移动电站输出电能的瞬态性能要求也不断提高,根据最新的相关国家标准中的指标体系及试验方法的规定,提出用新的试验方法测试军用电站的瞬态电压性能,并针对非同步采样条件下的电压有效值测试和计算方法进行了改进,结合试验方法对瞬态电压值的测试流程进行了说明。经试验验证,改进后的测试方法可满足军用移动电站的瞬态性能测试要求。
