摘    要:随着中压直流电力系统应用于船舶,中压直流配电板的抗燃弧计算和设计成为急需解决的问题。本文针对中压直流配电板的结构特点,分析了其故障燃弧的物理过程,提出并应用了计算流体力学方法,完成了燃弧仿真建模和计算,计算精度相比以往的气体平衡态计算法大幅提高。通过分析计算结果和误差来源,提出了中压直流配电板抗燃弧优化设计方案,并展望未来更为精确的耦合仿真方法。

Abstract:With the application of MV DC electric power system in the marine, the calculation and design of MV DC switch board arc resistance becomes to an urgent problem. This article focused on the structure of MV DC switch board, analyzed the arc physical process, proposed and adopted CFD method to modelling and simulate, the accuracy is substantially improved than the calculation method based on gas equilibrium of the past. By analyzing the calculation result and error sources, provided the conclusion of the optimization design scheme for MV DC switch board, and looked forward to the coupling simulation method in the future.
