| 摘 要： | 结合某粮食码头装船系统波状挡边带式输送系统输送带报废事故 ,分析了设计和使用中存在的问题 ,提出了增大压辊曲线段曲率半径、提高安装精度、采用光面辊子等改进方法 ,并介绍了新设计的圆弧过渡的新型TCS型挡板的结构。

The Frame Characteristics and Sidewalls’ Improving Design of the Belt Conveyor with Corrugated Sidewall |

| Abstract: | According to the discarding belt accident of a shipload system of foodstuff dock ,the author analyzed the problems existing in the design and using process.Several improving methods had also been brought forward,such as augmenting the curvature radius of the pressing rollers,improving the precision of the installing process,adopting the rollers with smooth surface.The author desingned a new TCS type baffle frame with arc transition. |
