滑动摩擦系数的离散元数值模拟与分析

摘    要:针对滑动摩擦的研究现状及存在的问题进行了简单叙述,将离散元理论引入滑动摩擦研究,应用基于该理论的三维颗粒流数值模拟软件(PFC3D)建立了滑动摩擦模型,重点分析了接触压力、表面粗糙度和相对滑动速度等因素对滑动摩擦系数的影响,模拟结果与经典摩擦理论结论进行了对比和讨论,最后给出了进一步研究的一些建议。

Abstract:A simple outline of the present sliding friction is made, and the discrete method is introduced into the study to discuss the relation of sliding friction coefficient and some important factors, such as contact pressure, surface roughness and relative sliding velocity. Finally the results of numerical simulation are compared with the classical friction theory, and also some suggestions are proposed on further relative studies.
