| Abstract: | The developments of R. C. arch bridges in types and construction methods are reviewed. The author suggests that in rallway bridge structures the application of R. C. arch is worth to be recons- dered. Alternatives of two existed bridges are given in order to demonstrate the economy of using the R. C. arch bridge. |
