Application of Stress Shot Blast in the Post-processing of Helical Spring

The application of stress shot blast in the post-processing of helical spring is discussed.The relationship between residual stress and preloaded stress is studied to effectively choose the appropriate load in shot blast in order to improve the performance of the high stress parts.With the embodiment of the advantage of the combination of the thermal spraying and stress shot blast,the inter-correlation of them is farther discussed to resolve the actual problem.
