| 摘 要： | 我国股票市场的不对称信息十分严重,这不仅表现在投资者与上市公司之间而且表现在散户与机构投资者之间.削减和治理股市信息不对称,营造良好的股市环境势在必行.克服和消减市场不对称信息必须完善声誉机制作用的制度环境,改革产权制度,完善公司治理结构,加强政府监管,以提高股票市场资源配置效率.

| Abstract: | Recently,the information obtained by investor and public company or by individual stocks holder and organization investor in China stock market is asymmetric.This should be rectified and it is suggested that the reform of property right system,the enhancement of the corporate governance and government administration shall put forward and make better environment and reputation of the market. |
