摘    要:针对新近吹填淤泥采用二次处理技术加固工期虽短但施工成本较高的问题,提出了一种新的吹填淤泥地基真空预压一次性处理技术。从施工流程、技术参数、材料性能参数、施工要点等方面重点介绍了其中3项关键技术:新型大面积砂被工作垫层、新型真空预压排水系统以及分级真空预压技术。基于依托工程对该技术的加固效果和直接施工成本进行了概括性分析,结果表明该技术加固效果较佳、相对二次处理技术成本显著降低。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the time limit of reinforcing fresh hydraulic reclaimed mud with secondary treatment technology is short but the construction cost is high,a new one-time treatment technology of vacuum preloading for dredged silt foundation is put forward.Three key technologies are introduced in detail from the aspects of construction process,technical parameters,material performance parameters and key points of construction:new type of large-area sand bedding,new type of vacuum preloading drainage system and graded vacuum preloading technology.Based on the general analysis of the reinforcement effect and the direct construction cost of the technique,the results show that the reinforcement effect of the technique is better and the relative cost of the secondary treatment technology is significantly reduced.
