长江干支流航道网联通性评价指标

摘    要:针对长江干支流跨区域大型航道网联通性评价指标缺乏的问题,采用分大区段、选主要指标的方法,通过实地调研,将长江干支流航道网分成7个区段,并将成网当量等级航道密度和成网等级航道联通度作为评价主指标,对长江干支流航道网的联通性进行评价。结果表明,该评价指标不仅能够客观、合理反映出大型航道网的技术特点,且兼具部分经济评价的功能,实现了对长江干支流航道网联通性的快速评价,有效解决了大型航道网联通性评价指标的选择问题,具有一定的适用性和推广性。

Abstract:Considering the lack of evaluation index of large cross-regional waterway network connectivity of main and tributary waterways of the Yangtze River,by using the method of dividing major sections and selecting major indexes,we divided the Yangtze River main and tributary waterway network into 7 sections through field investigation,and evaluated the connectivity of the Yangtze River main and tributary waterway network by taking the density of equivalent grade of net-waterway and the degree of connectivity of net-waterway as the main evaluation indexes.It is found that the evaluation index can not only objectively and reasonably reflect the technical characteristics of large-scale waterway network,but also has some economic evaluation functions.It realizes the rapid evaluation of the connectivity of the waterway network in the main stream and tributaries of the Yangtze River,and effectively solves the selection of evaluation index for the connectivity of large-scale waterway network.It has certain applicability and generalization.
