基于等效构件法的整船吊装有限元分析

摘    要:本文介绍了某海工船的整船吊装下水方案,并对吊装方案进行有限元分析以评估其可行性。通过构造等效构件和施加适当的约束来准确模拟吊绳和滑轮。计算结果表明,吊绳滑轮采用等效构件法来模拟能够保证吊绳受力的均匀分配,符合其力学特性,且整船吊装方案满足结构强度要求。

Abstract:In this paper, an integral lifting plan of whole ship is analyzed by the finite element method to make sure that the lifting will be safe. Ropes and pulleys are simulated precisely through constructing equivalent structure members. The finite element analysis results indicate that the equipment method is quite to the reality, equivalent structure members are in line with the mechanical characteristics of ropes and pulleys, and the plan of integral lifting satisfies the requirement of structural strength.
