| 摘 要： | 阐述了机车视频监控系统的软硬件结构和功能特点。系统基于DVR技术与铁路安全管理需求而开发,可以根据铁路安全管理需求设置各类项点并进行抓拍和记录,能提供监视画面及报警信息代替司机巡检。该系统对事故预防、事故分析以及监督乘务员作业都将起到重大促进作用。
