柴油机混合动力控制器硬件在环仿真系统设计

摘    要:通过对客车柴油机混合动力控制系统的分析,设计开发了柴油机混合动力控制器(HCU)的硬件在环仿真系统,详细介绍了系统方案和混合动力仿真模型的建立,通过Matlab/Simulink,Matlab/Stateflow,C语言和汇编语言混合编程的方法,研制了HCU硬件在环仿真的软件系统;基于V850E MCU研制了仿真控制器HILECU,研制了HCU硬件在环仿真的硬件系统,最后以单轴并联混合动力系统为对象,进行了混合动力控制器HCU硬件在环仿真试验研究。

Abstract:A hardware-in-the-loop(HIL) simulation system for diesel hybrid controller was developed by analyzing the diesel hybrid control system.The system scheme and model building process were introduced in detail.With the programming tool of Matlab/Simulink,Matlab/Stateflow,C language and assembly language,the HIL software system of HCU hardware was developed.Based on V850E MCU,the HILECU controller was designed,the HIL hardware simulation system of HCU hardware was developed,and finally the system was testified on the uniaxial parallel hybrid system.
