| 摘 要： | 在分析高速公路外部性特征的基础上,利用投入占用产出模型,从理论上研究了高速公路对社会产出及收益的边际影响,进而建立了将高速公路外部性量化的模型。该模型不但能反映高速公路对经济增长的影响,也能通过资源、生态环境等反映高速公路对社会经济可持续发展的影响,为量化高速公路外部性提供了有效的途径。最后结合中国的实际情况,提出了矫正高速公路外部性的措施。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of externality characteristics of freeway,using input-occupation-output model,authors studied the marginal influence of freeway on social output and profit from the aspect of theory and established quantification model of externality of freeway.The model can not only show the influence of freeway on economics increase but also the influence of freeway on sustainable development of social economics through resource,eco-environment,et al which provides an effective way for quantifying externality of freeway.At last,combined with practice,authors presented the correction measures for externality of freeway. |
