摘    要:在对传统重型车离合器驱动机构改造的基础上,设计了一种新型的液控气助力离合器自动控制系统;分析了系统的结构和工作原理,建立了系统仿真模型和控制算法,并对离合器接合过程的控制性能进行了分析和仿真检验;在开发的AMT重型载重汽车上进行了实车离合器系统控制性能试验。结果表明:所设计的液控气助力离合器自动控制系统能有效地实现离合器接合位置和速度的控制,具有超调量小、响应速度快等优点,能够满足AMT系统离合器控制的需要。
