摘    要:在分析目前各种空气能量回收器形式和工作原理的基础上,结合食用菌培育室新风和排风间不能交叉污染以及冬夏季的室外新风与培育室排风的焓差大于显热差的特点,设计了一种新型的热管式全热回收器;以上海地区3000 m3/h风量的能量回收器为研究对象,通过对培育室夏季负荷分析和可回收能量的计算,完成了铜-氟里昂热管式能量回收器的设计;对所设计的热管式全热回收器进行了初步性能试验与经济性分析.实验结果表明:该回收器传热性能良好,负荷能满足实际需求.经济性分析表明:该回收器经过一年的运行,节约的电费即可回收成本,具有较好的经济与社会效益.

Abstract:Based on analyzing the forms and operating principles of current different kinds of air energy recovery devices,combining with the characteristics that pollution between the fresh and exhaust air in the edible fungus house is not allowed as well as that enthalpy difference is bigger than sensible heat difference between outdoor fresh air and indoor exhaust air in winter and summer,we designed a new heat pipe total heat recovery device. Then,by analyzing the summer load of the mushroom house and calculating the recovered energy of a energy recovery device of 3 000 m3/h in Shanghai,we accomplished the design of Copper-Freon heat pipe energy recovery device. At last,preliminary performance test and economical analysis of the heat pipe energy recovery device were carried out. The experimental results showed that this device had good properties of heat transfer and could meet the practical load requirement; the economical analysis showed that the electricity savings recovered technical inputs after a year’s operation,indicating significant economic and social benefits.
