Study on Potting Technique of Signal Product for Railway Dedicated Passenger Line

The paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of various potting materials, studies the key potting process of silicone gel used in manufacturing of signal equipment for dedicated passenger line, including cleaning the surface of the PCBA, gel temperature control, recipe management and control, vacuum to eliminate air bubbles in the gel, potting lifetime management, curing process management, proposes a new concept of potting lifetime management, and has carried on practice and summary.
