构建城市轨道交通盈利模式的研究

城市轨道交通资源丰富且独具特色，为多种经营创造了可操作空间。对城市轨道交通资源类型和目标进行分析，提出综合开发的基本策略；指出确立经营目标，围绕站域与沿线资源开发，以城市轨道交通资源投入为策略、辅业多种经营为途径，以衍生的辅业经营的收益弥补建设资金不足，减少政府运营补贴，实现城市轨道交通投资、建设、运营的良性循环和盈利目标。

The Research on Constructing Profit-Making Mode of Rail Transit

The rich and unique urban rail transit resources provide ample space for diversified business operation. Building on an analysis of resource types and development target of urban rail transit, basic principles for integrated development are presented. It is pointed out that developing diversified auxiliary businesses by taking advantages of the resources in the station and along both sides of the rail line will enable urban rail transit system to make profit and sustain in a healthy way, for it can help establish sufficient capital reserves for future development of urban transit system and allows the government to provide less subsidies for the operation of the system.
