| 摘 要： | 用 EL ISA双抗体夹心法检测了 2 5例缺血性脑血管病发病 2 4h内、2周时的血浆 D-二聚体 ( D- dimer,DD)纤维蛋白原 ( Fibrinogen,Fbg)及血清纤维蛋白降解产物 ( Fibrin degradation product,FDP)含量 ,并与健康对照组比较。结果 :缺血性脑血管病发病后 2 4h内 DD、Fbg、FDP含量显著升高 ( P <0 .0 1 ) ,2周时 DD水平持续升高 ( P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,而 Fbg含量下降 ( P <0 .0 1 ) ,FDP含量亦略有下降 ( P <0 .0 5 )。说明在脑缺血发生后 2 4h内存在高凝状态 ,但同时存在纤溶功能被激活 ,2周时出现纤溶功能亢进。

| Abstract: | We measured plasms levels of D Dimer (DD),Fibrinogen (Fbg) and Fibrin Degradation Product (FDP) levels of serum in 25 patients with acute ischemic cerebral vascular disease(ICVD) both within 24 hours and at 2 weeks.The results showed that the levels of DD.Fbg.FDP were elevated markedly within 24 hour′s onset (P<0.01).The levels of DD were significantly increased at 2 weeks (P<0.001).In contrast.Fbg and FDP were decreased at 2 weeks (P<0.01,P<0.05 respectively )These findings suggest that there is an early hypercoagulable state and simultaneous activation of fibrinolysis and subsequently greater fibrinolysis during acute stage of ICVD. |
