基于熵权的地铁建设过程多级模糊综合后评价

摘    要:通过实际调查及专家问卷评分的方式获取原始数据,并引用熵权系数法来确定多级模糊综合评价模型中评价指标的权重,建立适用于天津地铁1号线工程实际的建设过程综合后评价体系,得出该项目建设过程总体状况比较理想的后评价结果,且该结果与线路运营实际相符,说明该方法在实际的工程建设综合后评价中是有效可行的.

Abstract:Expert questionnaire and practical survey are used to obtain the original data.The weights of evaluation indexes in multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model are determined by entropy coefficient method, and a suitable post-evaluation system of construction process is established for Tianjin metro line 1. Comparatively ideal evaluation results of the project construction process overall situation are concluded, and the results conform to the actual line operation, which show that this method is effective and feasible in the actual construction of comprehensive post evaluation.
