摘    要:文章从分析当前高职院校航海英语师资队伍存在的问题入手,结合三大内容型激励理论模式,探索适用于航海类高职院校建设一支高质量的师资队伍的相关对策,希望本文的研究能够对航海类高职院校加强师资建设提供一定的参考价值,实现培养与国际接轨的优秀航运人才的目标。

Abstract:The paper firstly analyzes the problems in maritime English teaching staff in higher vocational colleges.Then based on the three content motivation theories,it focuses on exploring relevant countermeasures to cultivating a well-qualified ME teaching staff,with the purpose of achieving the goal of fostering international excellent shipping talents.
