| Abstract: | Modern management concept and management model gives a strong impact on the fix management model which has existed for many years.This paper refers some advanced experiences form modern management,which has put forward some reform advice and implementation measures for the library management,expecting to improve the management level of the library and provide valuable reference to serve the readers in innovation ways. |
