Research on Comprehensive Assessment of Navigational Environment of the Fairway in Sea Areas

The index weights of harbor environmental risk assessment by making use of subjective-objective method,not only reflect the views of experts,but also make full use of the information reflected in the sample statistics.Then use distance function modeling with MATLAB to make evaluations on ports based on this.Model application results show that this model has stability and reliability,which assesses harbor navigational environment quickly,and the result can provide theoretical basis for port authorities,maritime administrations and navigators.
