摘    要:文章设计的爆破片寿命试验机采用基于上下位机控制的气液增压技术实现爆破片测试压力的伺服控制。为满足气液增压爆破片压力控制这一非线性系统的控制精度要求,文章建立气液增压控制系统的数学模型,设计并应用一种基于模糊逻辑控制器以实现参数自适应调整的PID控制器。试验测试结果表明:爆破片寿命试验机不仅达到了设计要求,同时符合国家标准对阀门爆破片性能测试的相关规定,所建立的气液增压伺服系统数学模型对同类工程研究具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:In this paper, the designed rupture disc life test machine based on upper and lower position machine control of gas and liquid pressurization technology blasting test pressure servo control. A parameter adaptive fuzzy PID control strategy is established and used to meet the high precision requirements of the strong nonlinear experimental device. The experimental test results show that the designed rupture disc life tester not only meets the design requirements but also meets the relevant regulations of the blasting disc life test in the national standard. The mathematical model of the gas-liquid supercharged servo system established has a good reference for the development of similar research.
