高质量双色车身分色材料性能研究

为了消除双色车身可见分色线区域的缺陷,选择了一系列车身分色(套色)材料,包括分色胶带、耐高温纸胶带、遮蔽卷膜等.通过实验室试验和实车验证,从众多分色材料中筛选出满足高质量分色要求的系列分色材料,消除了分色线锯齿、残胶、渗漆、分色线断差等缺陷,提出了分色材料质量要求,满足了用户对车身更高的外观质量的要求.

Research on Properties of Color Separation Materials for High Quality Two-color Car Body

In order to eliminate the defects in the visible color separation line area of the two-color car body,a range of car body color separations(color matching)materials are selected,including color separation tape,high temperature resistant paper tape,masking roll film,etc..Through laboratory test and real vehicle verification,a series of color separation materials meeting the requirements of high-quality color separation are selected from many color separation materials,which eliminates the defects such as sawtooth,residual glue,paint penetration and broken color separation line,the quality requirements of color separation materials are proposed,which meets the higher exterior requirements of users for the car body quality requirements.
