摘    要:为了达到减排增效的目的,介绍了超滤技术在汽车水性漆喷涂清洗废水回用中的应用情况.结果表明:聚偏氟乙烯超滤膜可用于清洗废水的超滤处理,超滤后所形成透过液的占比超原始清洗废水质量的65%,并且有机溶剂成分占比高的清洗溶剂形成的清洗废水超滤透过液的回收再利用潜力较大.可见超滤技术在汽车水性漆喷涂清洗废水回用中具有广阔的发展空...

Abstract:In order to reduce emission and increase efficiency,this paper introduces the application of ultrafiltration technology in the reuse of automobile waterborne paint spray cleaning wastewater.The results show that polyvinylidene fluoride ultrafiltration membrane can be used for ultrafiltration treatment of cleaning wastewater.After ultrafiltration,the filtrate accounts for 65%of the quality of the original cleaning waste water,and the wastewater formed by cleaning solvent with a high proportion of organic solvent has a great recycling potential.It is concluded that the ultrafiltration technology has a broad development space in the reuse of automobile waterborne paint spray cleaning wastewater.
