焊缝疲劳寿命预测新方法及其在焊接构架上的应用

摘    要:铁路客车209T型转向架焊接构架横梁腹板与侧梁下盖板的焊缝出现的疲劳裂纹直接影响行车安全.采用美国ASME标准中的《网格不敏感的结构应力法及主S-N曲线法》,对该处焊缝进行了有限元分析,分析计算了该处焊缝焊趾与焊根上的应力集中,也计算了该处焊缝焊趾与焊根上的疲劳寿命与损伤.疲劳损伤计算结果与实际开裂情况相当吻合.基于这一方法,对改进设计的疲劳寿命及损伤再次进行了计算,结果表明:改进方案显著地提高了该处的抗疲劳破坏能力.上述研究与验证表明:《网格不敏感的结构应力法及主S-N曲线法》突破了传统名义应力法的局限性,在机车车辆焊接结构抗疲劳设计过程中,具有重要工程推广价值.

Abstract:Traffic safety of 209T railway passenger car has been threaten due to weld line fatigue crack,which is located in the junction between cross-beam web and side-beam under lid of the bogie welded frame.The weld line in FEA model was created based on the mesh-insensitive structural stress method and main S-N curve method in ASME Standard Stress Concentration,fatigue life and damage are calculated at weld toe and weld root of each key weld line.The analysis results of fatigue damage and the actual cracking are ...
