波纹管注浆质量检测中的弹性波声时特征研究

摘    要:采用弹性波注浆质量检测仪对某高速一批波纹管的注浆质量进行试验检测,并运用概率方法,将弹性波重复穿透浆体的声时极差值作为随机变量,通过SPSS软件对这一原始样本进行正态分布检验。检验结果揭示了弹性波在波纹管注浆中的传播规律以及声时极差样本服从正态分布情况下检测结果的可靠性,这样大大减少了工作量,进一步完善了波纹管注浆检测评价体系。

Abstract:The grouting quality of a batch of bellows in one expressway was detected by elastic wave detector.Using probability method,the sonic time range value of elastic wave repeatedly penetrating slurry was taken as a variable,and the normal distribution of original samples was tested by SPSS software.Test results revealed the propagation of the bellows elastic wave in the grouting and the reliability of the results when the sound sample was a normal distribution,which greatly reduced the workload and further imp...
