| 摘 要： | 中俄界河作为中俄共管水域由黑龙江、乌苏里江、额尔古纳河、松阿察河和兴凯湖几个区段组成,中俄两国有3750公里的水域边界,通航里程3617公里。界河水域是两岸人民赖以生产、生活之地,是两国间水上口岸贸易和沿河运输的必经之路。已存在半个多世纪之久的《中俄国境河流航行规则》对界河水域贸易和运输发挥了积极的作用。
