| 摘 要： | 碳纤增强材料是一种高强度复合材料,具有质轻、高强度、耐腐蚀、抗老化、易成型等特点。在车身部件中使用碳纤增强材料可降低车身质量,并降低油耗,因此该材料在未来环保车型的开发中具有较强竞争力。文章具体介绍了碳纤车身覆盖件制造工艺及拼装等要求。

| Abstract: | Enhanced Carbon fiber material is a kind of hign intensity composite material, which has characters of light weight, high intensity, corrision resistance, aging resistance and shaping easily.Using enhanced Carbon fiber material on body sheet can reduce both body weight and fuel consumption, hence the material is competitive in environmental protection car development in future. The article introduces the requirements of Carbon fiber body cover panel such as production technology, pick - up assembly and etc.. |
