| Abstract: | The methods to design and calculate and the principle to select expansion units for highway bridges are described in paper. Expansion units of Model GQF for bridges and their technological process of construction are also described on the basis of the engineering practice of construction of the expansion units for a bridge crossing the Qinglong River in Qinhuangdao. |
