基于FORAN的船体结构底层数据结构分析

随着三维设计系统应用的深入,基于其底层数据,尤其是结构数据进行二次开发的需求逐渐增多。针对主流的船舶设计系统FORAN,首先对其船体专业模块之间的关系及FHULL船体结构模块建模方式进行分析,明确底层数据研究的对象,也就是模型的各种重要属性。然后,通过模型分析及数据库监控等方法,确定与结构模型密切相关的数据表,进而对这些表的内容、差异性以及关联关系进行详细分析。最后,根据对表的分析结果,结合模型材料属性的解析给出其应用方法。对船体结构底层数据的研究结果,既可用于模型各种属性的解析及其深度利用,又可用于对FHULL模块异常错误的底层处理等方面。

Analysis on Datasheets of Hull Structure Models in FORAN System

With the deep application of 3D design system, the demand for the second time developmentbased on CAD data is increasing gradually, especially for the ship structure data. The relationship betweenhull subsystem modules and the modeling process of FHULL is discussed firstly to verify the analysis ob-ject in FORAN system. Then, the main datasheets relating to ship structures are extracted by analyzingship structure models and monitoring the database. Finally, based on the above results, the analyzing meth-od of the material in the structure model is detailed to show the usage of these attributes. Aside from furtheranalysis of these attributes and reusing it in other fields, the research result of ship structure data also canbe used to process abnormal errors of the structure model.
