疏水脆性聚合物/水溶性添加剂复合材料的水中降解失效研究

摘    要:研究了疏水脆性聚合物/水溶性添加剂复合材料在水中的降解失效机理,建立了此类材料的降解失效理论预测模型。基于该模型计算了PE/PEO复合材料在模拟海洋环境的盐溶液中降解10周后的拉伸强度,与相关试验结果相吻合,并由此得出结论:PE/PEO复合材料吸湿后的拉伸强度与其孔隙率具有明显的线性关系。该模型为此类材料的优化设计提供分析参考。

Abstract:Degradation failure of insoluble brittle polymer/soluble additive blends are studied and corresponding degradation failure forecast model of the materials is developed. And with the model,tensile strength of PE/PEO composite after exposure of ten weeks in a simulated marine environment at room temperature is calculated and the results are accordance with the related experimental results. It is concluded that tensile strength of PE/PEO composite after degradation is almost linear with its porosity. The model provides the analytical reference for optimizing design of the material.
