| 摘 要： | 本文介绍一种检测EHF特异性IgM抗体的ELISA间接法,在临床诊断应用中分别对耳血及静脉血清进行了平行检查,并与IFAT法进行了比较。结果表明:19例临床诊断为EHF患者耳血中ELISA—IgM阳性率为100％(19/19),IFAT—IgM阳性率为89.47％(17/19),且ELISA耳血IgM抗体滴度>IFAT耳血IgM抗体滴度者为68.47％(13/19)。实验发现,耳血ELISA—IgM抗体滴度明显高于静脉血清ELISA—IgM抗体滴度4倍者占73.68％(14/19)。作者认为,该方法特异性、敏感性较好,操作简便,只需要采用耳血就可以达到早期,快速诊断目的,值得推广使用。

| Abstract: | This paper deals with an indirect method of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) for rapid detection of EHF specfic IgM(ELISA-IgM). IgM antibodies were separately measured in blood from eralobe and in sera from venousblood, and the clinical evaluation of ELISA-IgM was compared with the detection of EHF Specific IgM by IFAT(IFAT-IgM). of the samples in blood from earlobe 100%(19/19) showed to have positive ELISA-IgM, while 89.47%(17/19) of the sample were detected specific IgM by IFAT-IgM, The IgM titer of 68.47% (13/19) of the sample in blood of earlobe was significantly higher than that of IFAT-IgM. The results of test showed that the ELISA-IgM titer of 73.68% of the sample in blood from earlobe was significantly higher than that of verous blood. We are of opinion that the ELISA-IgM is superior in specificity, and sensitivity, and the blood from earlobe can be used to take the place of verous blood for ELISA test in the early diagnosis. |
