| 摘 要： | 依托国内多条高速公路的建设,运用一致性校验的方法,建立了沥青路面工程质量过程控制数据分析体系,应用正态性检验中的W(Shapiro-Wilk)法,分析了业主和施工单位的质量控制风险概率,实现了沥青路面工程质量过程的动态控制。分析结果表明:应用统计学的手段对各种指标数据进行检验分析,可以优化现行质量控制抽检频率,有效减少虚假数据的产生;同时可以及时发现某段时间和某个施工区域内的质量缺陷,避免因为工期紧任务急带来的大量人为数据误差,为广大管理者和专家对潜在问题的识别和判断提供依据,从而实现沥青路面施工过程控制。 |
