| 摘 要： | 对安徽省ETC系统应用效益进行分析。首先对ETC系统所产生的效益从直接效益、间接效益、交通性能、交通安全、能源环境、营运效率等进行多角度分析。然后,针对这些角度进行评价指标的选择,并应用评价指标的计算方法,对ETC系提高安徽省收费站通行能力、节省时间和节能减排等效益进行分析估计。最终通过分析估计得到ETC系统在安徽应用效益显著。
