| 摘 要： | 为提高交通信息服务的质量评测能力,对现有交通信息质量评测模型进行了比较分析,提出了基于旅行时间的交通信息数据质量评测模型。结合实测数据,对该模型以及其他模型的评价指标进行了分析,提出了这些标准相关的使用准则,以及质量改进方法与建议。

| Abstract: | In order to develop the quality evaluation technique for traffic information service,a serious of traffic information quality evaluation models is compared and analysed.The evaluation model of traffic information quality based on travel time is presented.Some common evaluation models and the model defined in the national standard are analysed based on the measured data.The utilizing criterion and quality improvement suggestion based on the above researches are also presented. |
