| 摘 要： | 为研究不利气象条件对公路交通安全的影响机理及规律,在总结国内外研究成果的基础上,通过问卷调查和交通事故历史数据统计分析的方法,确定了影响公路交通安全的主要不利气象条件为雾、路面结冰、雪和雨4种。同时从不利气象条件影响能见度和附着系数的角度进行了微观层面的影响机理分析,确立不利气象对交通安全的危害性及影响程度,给出应对不利气象条件的交通安全对策,为公路交通安全事故的预警和对策研究提供理论依据。
