| 摘 要： | 设置交通信号可以提高交叉口通行能力,改善交叉口运行状况。结合我国中小城镇的发展现状,针对其交通信号设施、管理等方面存在的主要问题,通过分析、运用交通控制与管理等方面的相关实践经验,提出我国中小城镇交通信号发展及改善措施,为该类城市交通规划、交通安全规划、交通管理等提供可靠理论依据。
