多模式电压空间矢量脉宽调制的理论分析及微机实现

摘    要:详细分析了各种电压空间矢量脉宽调制方法的矢量拟合方式和特点,优选了几种调制模式以满足变频控制的要求,采用8098单片机系统,灵活,方便地完成了整个调频范围内的脉宽调制。逆变器驱动190kW异步电机的空载试验证明,调制结果比较理想,调制模式转换时过渡平滑。

Abstract:This paper thoroughly analyze various methods and characteristics of vector approximation based on voltage space vectorPWM.Several optimal modulation modes are chosen to meet the requirement of VVVF control system.Pulse width modulation is implemented for the whole output frequency range in an easy and effective way with single chip processor(MCS-98).The no-load experiments of 190 kW asynchronous motor fed by inverter show that the proposed modulation modes work well and the transforms betweendifferent modes are smooth.
