基于PIC单片机的半导体制冷设计

摘    要:根据某嵌入式工控计算机CPU的性能指标及其工作环境设计了基于PIC单片机的半导体温度控制系统,研制了样品并进行了实装测试,结果显示计算机CPU工作安全稳定,半导体制冷系统的温控精度达到±0.5℃,证明了设计方案合理可行。

Abstract:According to the characteristics and the work environment of the CPU, this paper designs the refrigeration system based on PIC SCM and develops prototype. The experiment based on the prototype shows that the CPU works safely and stably, and the precision of the semiconductor controller can reach to ±0.5 ℃ , which indicate that the method for designing the refrigeration system is effective and feasible.
