沉管灌注桩断桩率减小措施试验研究

摘    要:依托多条高速公路沉管灌注桩复合地基,通过地面隆起、原位监测和检测,对沉管灌注桩挤土影响范围、不同措施减少断桩率效果等进行了试验研究,分析了断桩机理和断桩率差异的原因。研究表明,软黏土地基中预先设置竖向排水体对减少沉管灌注桩挤土效应、断桩率的作用很小,断桩的主要原因是地面隆起将桩拔断,连续施工的断桩率小于隔桩跳打,连续施工和桩身上部插筋可以有效减少断桩率。

Abstract:The range of squeezing effect of construction of sinking-pipe concrete piles and effect of measures to deduce broken piles is studied through in-situ monitoring and tests of sinking-pipe concrete piles composite ground of three expressways.The mechanics of broken piles and cause of difference rates of broken piles corresponding to difference measures are analyzed.It is demonstrated that the effect of deducing squeezing and broken piles is little although vertical drains are set previously.Broken piles are caused by the uplift force to piles due to swell of ground.Broken piles corresponding to continuous piling is less than that corresponding to staggered piling.The effect to deduce broken piles by continuous piling and reinforcing bars is remarkable.
