大跨隧道超浅埋段护拱反吊暗挖法设计及作用分析

摘    要:介绍护拱反吊法在大崛坑1号隧道中部超浅埋冲沟段暗挖施工中的成功应用,并利用三维数值计算模拟动态施工过程,对护拱反吊方案作用效果进行分析。分析结果表明:护拱反吊法在控制围岩变形,抑制塑性区发展以及对支护结构受力状态的改善等方面效果明显。通过分析总结护拱反吊法作用机理,为今后类似隧道的设计施工提供参考。

Abstract:The successful application of method of arch protection against hanging in construction of super shallow cover trench underground excavation of No.1 tunnel of large excavated trench is introduced,and 3D numerical value calculation is used to simulate dynamic construction process and the effect of arch protection against hanging solution action is analyzed.The results of analysis indicates that the method of arch protection against hanging has obvious effects in aspects of control of rock deformation,hamper the development of plastic zone and improvement of force taking state of support structure.Through analysis the mechanism of the method of arch protection against hanging is summarized which provides the reference for design and construction of similar tunnel works.
