| 摘 要： | 海拉尔～满洲里一级公路是交通运输部第二批示范项目,是内蒙古自治区第一个公路示范工程。因其地处草原地区,故被称为"草原示范第一路"。通过海满公路总体设计,介绍新理念在该项目各个环节中的应用情况,对今后草原公路的设计工作起到积极的参考借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | The grade 1 highway project connecting Hailaer to Manchuria(HPHM) is the demonstrative project in the second batch of the Ministry of Transport of the People’s Republic of China.Also,it is the first demonstrative highway project in the province of Inner Mongolia.The HPHM is called as "the first demonstrative project in grassland areas" for its particular location.By introducing the general design of HPHM,applications of some new concepts in the project are demonstrated in the paper,which can be used to improve the highway projects design methods in grassland areas. |
