建筑渣土填料破碎特性及粒度分形特征

摘    要:以福州绕城高速北互通处建筑渣土为研究对象,对不同松铺厚度下填料的碾压破碎情况、级配变化展开研究,并借助分形几何学对其粒度分形特征进行分析。结果表明,建筑渣土在合理松铺厚度、碾压遍数时,破碎率大,级配改善效果明显,混合料形成致密结构,这与沉降率分析结果一致。建筑渣土粒度具有明显的分形特征,分维值与破碎性存在相关性,分维值的变化趋势反映了混合料的破碎情况、细颗粒含量大小及级配的改善效果,是衡量混合料粒度特征的新的量化指标。

Abstract:Directed against building debris in north interchange of Fuzhou Ring Expressway,the stu-dies on crushing behavior and grade variation of building debris in case of different loose depth are extensively carried out,and its granule fractal behavior is studied.The results show its breakage is large and gradation is greatly improved with proper loose depth and rolling passes,which agrees unanimously with the results of settlement rate analysis,and the building debris is of prominent granule fractal properties,fractal dimensions is relative to the breakage.The variation of fractal dimensions reflects the changing trends of particle crushing,small particle contents and gradation improvement.It is a quantitative index measuring granule fractal properties of materials.
